Treasury
Default account and availability
Beyond its details, each account has a state: default or not, active or closed, and a place in the display order. These settings drive what is offered day to day.

Default account
You can set one account as your organization's default. It is the one offered first when a collection account is required and none has been explicitly chosen.
Note
Active or closed account
An account can be marked inactive when it is closed or no longer used. It stays visible for history but is no longer offered for selection, which prevents mistakes without erasing the past.
Display order
You control the order in which your accounts appear. Put the ones you use most at the top to find them instantly.
Links with your management
A treasury account does not live in isolation: it feeds other parts of management.
Invoicing
An account can serve as the collection account on your issued invoices.
Chart of accounts
A chart-of-accounts entry can be attached to a treasury bank account.
