Atlas is the AI built into React Box, on the web and on mobile. It reads your purchase invoices, cash receipts and bank statements to pre-fill their data, and answers your management questions from your own records. Nothing is saved or issued without your confirmation.
Your purchase invoices, cash receipts and bank statements, as a photo or a PDF, from mobile or the web. For a bank statement, Atlas picks out the lines, the period and the balances, and recognises the account from its IBAN.
Atlas accurately recognises the key fields of everyday documents, but it does not replace your judgement. You get a pre-filled draft: a misread amount or an ambiguous date is fixed in one tap before you confirm. You always have the final word.
Your documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256, kept for ten years in your vault and visible only to you and the firm you have linked. They are never used to train a model, at React Box or at its providers. Processing complies with Law 09-08 under the CNDP's oversight, as well as the GDPR.
Atlas is included in the subscription. Each run is deducted from a prepaid credit, topped up every month and carried over if unused; you can track your usage and are warned before it runs out. Once the credit is used up, manual entry keeps working as usual. The conversational assistant is reserved for the company's administrators.
