Atlas, the intelligence that reads your documents

Atlas is the AI assistant built into React Box, available on both web and mobile. Today, Atlas reads your accounting records — purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements — and automatically extracts the key data: amount, date, currency, third party and VAT. Concretely, when you photograph an invoice from the mobile app, Atlas triggers the recognition, shows progress in real time, and hands you a pre-filled form that you only need to review. Atlas assists the scanning, extraction and filing of your documents into the vault, never saving anything without your confirmation. A conversational assistant, able to answer your management questions and create your invoices for you, is in preparation. React Box meters every task transparently, so you always know what the artificial intelligence is consuming on your behalf.

No. At React Box, your documents and data are never used to train artificial-intelligence models. Atlas processes them only for you, in your secure space, for the duration of the analysis. Concretely, an invoice you scan is read to extract its fields, then kept AES-256 encrypted in your vault: it joins no training set, neither at React Box nor at its technical providers. Every task leaves a timestamped audit trail, so you can retrace who did what and when. React Box is a Moroccan publisher subject to the GDPR and to law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and this privacy-by-design applies to every organisation, businesses and accounting firms alike. Your records stay yours, from the very first scan through to their legal retention.

Atlas is included in React Box, with no extra module to buy: the subscription is 200 MAD per month per company, and free for accounting firms. Every task the AI performs — reading an invoice, extracting a statement — is metered, so usage stays transparent with no surprise billing. For BUSINESS organisations, a prepaid credit cap frames Atlas's monthly usage: you know in advance how much artificial intelligence you can consume over the cycle, and you top that credit up at your own pace if needed.
