What this page is for
Cash analytics consolidates everything into a single position; this page does the opposite and breaks it down account by account. It is the view to open when you spread your activity across several banks, or when a global balance does not match what you expected.

The indicators
A summary of your set of accounts.
- Total balance — the sum of the latest known closing balances across all accounts.
- Accounts — how many bank accounts are registered on the organization.
- Active — those not archived, still offered in your forms.
The account table
One row per account, four columns to read.
- Balance — taken from the latest imported statement. An account without a statement shows “balance unavailable” rather than zero: missing data is not an empty account.
- Inflows — total credits over the analysed period.
- Outflows — total debits over the same period.
- Trend — a miniature curve showing the shape of the evolution, with no scale: it is there to spot a slope, not to read an amount.

How the holdings evolve, and the detail of the movements.
Balance over time
The consolidated month-end balance across all accounts. Months without a statement carry the last known balance forward instead of dropping to zero.
Monthly flows
Inflows and outflows month by month. The source is stated under the title: imported statements when there are any, otherwise the payments recorded in the app.
Two sources that never mix
Flows are read from your bank statements first, because they record real movements. If no statement covers the period, React Box falls back on the payments you recorded against your invoices. The two are never added together — that would count the same transfer twice — and the chart always states which of the two it is showing.
