Subscription and modules

An annual subscription gives access to the core product; modules add capabilities on top. Both are read in the same place.

The subscription

Every client organization holds an annual subscription, whose cycle and amount are recalled in the general settings. React Box has no online payment: subscriptions are opened, renewed and invoiced by our team, which lets us fit the payment habits of Moroccan companies.

Note

A banner warns you thirty days before renewal, then again at expiry. An expired subscription deletes nothing: it closes access to the modules until it is renewed.

The modules

Each one opens a specific surface of the product.

  • Invoicing

Create, issue and send your sales invoices, with legally sequential numbering and automatic archiving of every issued PDF.

  • Analytics

The five activity dashboards and the exchange rate alerts. Included at no extra cost for accounting firms.

  • Extra storage

10 GB blocks added to the included quota, stackable and reversible.

How a module is billed

Four rules are enough to read an invoice line.

  • Every module is billed annually, aligned on your subscription cycle.
  • Activated mid-cycle, a module is only billed for the remaining period.
  • Storage is counted in blocks: adding or removing one adjusts billing on the following cycle.
  • Activations accumulate and are then grouped onto an invoice issued by our team — you do not get one invoice per change.

What is not sold separately

A large part of the product depends on no module at all: the vault, messaging, document requests, third parties, purchases, accounting, cash and Atlas are part of the core. A module only exists when a capability carries a cost of its own — infrastructure usage, a compliance burden — or when it concerns only some customers.

Note

Accounting firms do not subscribe to modules aimed at companies: analytics is open to them by default, and invoicing remains their clients' business.

Atlas and the AI credit

The artificial intelligence features — scanning invoices, receipts and statements, the conversational assistant — are not sold as a module but drawn from a prepaid monthly credit that rolls over from month to month. A dedicated tab details the current cycle's usage, processing by processing.

Warning

Credit exhausted: automated processing pauses, manual entry keeps working normally.
