Employees

Who processes what, for which clients: the firm's workload read person by person.

Updated on September 11, 2026

Where to find the page

The Employees page sits in the Overview section of the sidebar, next to the Dashboard and Clients. It lists every member of the firm, including those whose access has been deactivated, so that past work stays attributed to its author.

Note

The page is reserved for firm administrators: staff members see neither the list nor their colleagues' records.

What a processed record is

The unit shared by every indicator on the page.

  • A processing action by a firm member on an accounting record in a client file — sales invoice, purchase invoice, bank statement or cash receipt: creation, import, recording, confirmation, issuing, account assignment or payment.
  • A file uploaded by a firm member into a client's vault.
  • Files and documents a client has hidden from their firm are never counted: what the firm cannot see does not enter its figures.

Note

Each action counts as one record: an invoice imported then assigned to an account counts twice, because it took two steps. The work is what gets measured, not the number of documents.

The summary cards

Four figures at the top of the page, computed over the chosen period.

  • Active employees — firm members whose access is open.
  • Records processed — the firm's total over the period, with its trend against the previous period of the same length.
  • Average per employee — records processed divided by active employees.
  • Clients without a lead — files that have no staff member assigned.

Tip

The period filter offers ready-made ranges — seven days, thirty days, this month, last month, ninety days — or custom bounds. It applies to the whole page, table included.

Workload and table

Below the cards, how the work is spread, then the list by name.

  • The workload breakdown shows each active employee's share of records processed: an imbalance shows up at a glance.
  • The employees table shows, for each person, their assigned clients, records processed over the period and last activity. It can be sorted, filtered by status and searched by name or email.
  • Clicking a row opens the employee's record.

An employee's record

An identity header — name, email, role, joining date — then three tabs, over the same period as the list.

  • Overview — their indicators, the breakdown of their records by type (sales invoices, purchase invoices, bank statements, cash receipts, vault files) and a day-by-day chart of records processed.
  • Clients — the files assigned to them, with their records processed and last activity on each, and a direct link to the file.
  • Activity — their unified log: vault, accounting and organization, newest first, filterable by type and by client.

Putting it to work

Start with clients without a lead: those are files nobody is carrying. Then read the workload breakdown — someone processing half the records with a third of the clients deserves a rebalance, done from the Team tab of the file in question. Finally, an old last activity on an employee's record, against clients that are still active, points to a portfolio falling behind.
