Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can exercise your rights over the data concerning you at any time. Fill in the form below: our data protection officer will answer within 30 days.

Requests about a document or management data

For the documents you see in your vault and management data (third parties, invoices, messages), React Box acts as a processor, within the meaning of Law 09-08, on behalf of the business or accounting firm concerned. For any request about this data, your direct contact is that organization, which is the controller; we assist it in answering you.

If you have an account, use the email address linked to it. We'll send the acknowledgment there.

Data controller: React Consulting SARL AU. Purpose: handling your request. Recipients: our technical subprocessors, listed in the privacy policy. Under Moroccan law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object, which you can exercise from the data rights page. CNDP declaration: in progress.

What happens next?

  1. You receive an acknowledgment email with your reference number.
  2. Our DPO verifies your identity (by email, asking for a copy of an ID document if needed).
  3. We process your request and send you a documented response within 30 days.
  4. You may file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) at any time if you believe we have not properly processed your request.
