Requests about a document's content

React Box acts only as a hosting provider (data processor under article 21 of Law 09-08) for the documents in your vault. For any request about the content of a document, your direct counterpart is the business or accounting firm that shared the document with you — not us.

What happens next?

  1. You receive an acknowledgment email with your reference number.
  2. Our DPO verifies your identity (by email, asking for a copy of an ID document if needed).
  3. We process your request and send you a documented response within 30 days.
  4. You may file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) at any time if you believe we have not properly processed your request.
