React Box serves two audiences in Morocco who share the same platform. On one side, Moroccan businesses of every size — small companies, SMEs, sole traders, retailers, service firms — who want their back office in one place: accounting documents centralised in a vault, compliant sales invoices, bank accounts, a chart of accounts and conversations with their accountant. On the other, accounting firms that want to industrialise document collection, manage every client file from a single interface and work directly in their clients' data — third parties, treasury, chart of accounts — with the right permissions. The product is designed by an accountant to meet Moroccan requirements: ten-year document retention, legal weight of the digital document and readiness for electronic invoicing.

Your organisation starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. After that, the subscription is 2,400 MAD excluding taxes per year per client business, the equivalent of 200 MAD per month, billed once a year. It includes the vault with 10 GB of storage, sales invoicing, the mobile scanner, messaging and document requests, third-party, treasury and chart-of-accounts management, the full audit trail, unlimited users on the business side and email support. Two optional modules can be added if you need them — analytics and extra storage — each billed annually, pro-rated if enabled mid-cycle. There are no setup fees: your commitment is limited to the current year, already paid, with no automatic renewal, and you can cancel at any time from the dashboard.

Your documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored in a private bucket under EU jurisdiction, GDPR-compliant. Every download goes through a signed URL whose lifetime is limited to a few minutes, which prevents leaks through accidental link sharing. Authentication is handled in-house by React Box, with no third-party provider: sign in by email or with a Google, Apple or Microsoft account, two-factor authentication available on every account, and precise roles and permissions to decide who sees what. On the Moroccan compliance side, the timestamped audit trail is designed to meet DGI requirements for ten-year retention of accounting documents and to preserve the legal weight of the digital document in case of a tax audit.

Yes. Your accounting firm has its own space on React Box, from which it manages its team — partners, staff, assistants — and all of its client files. In practice, the most common scenario is that the firm invites the client business from its own space: you receive an invitation email, create your business account in a few minutes and the link with the firm is automatic. If you sign up before your accountant, you can also invite them from your dashboard by simply entering their address. The firm can then assign the management of your file to one or more team members, with precise tracking of responsibilities.
