Frequently asked
Everything you need to know
React Box serves two audiences in Morocco who share the same platform. On one side, Moroccan businesses of any size — sole traders, SMEs, freelancers, retailers, service companies — who want to stop sending accounting documents via WhatsApp, email or in person, and who need a simple way to centralise purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements and receipts. On the other, accounting firms that want to industrialise document collection from their clients and have a unified view of their portfolio. The product has been built to meet Moroccan accounting requirements: ten-year document retention, legal weight of the digital document, and compatibility with the electronic invoicing reform planned for 2026.
The subscription is 200 MAD per month per client business, billed once a year — 2,400 MAD excluding tax over twelve months. Everything is included: unlimited users on the business side, 10 GB of secure storage, mobile scanning, full audit trail, email support and all updates. There is no setup fee, no commitment beyond the current annual period, and cancellation is available at any time from the dashboard.
Your documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored on a private infrastructure hosted in Europe, compliant with GDPR. Every download goes through a short-lived signed URL, valid for only a few minutes, preventing any leak via accidentally shared links. Vault access relies on a leading enterprise identity provider, with SSO support for firms that already use it and multi-factor authentication on all accounts. On the Moroccan compliance side, the tamper-proof timestamped audit trail is designed to meet the DGI's requirements for ten-year accounting document retention and to preserve the legal evidentiary value of the digital document in the event of a tax audit.
Yes. Your accounting firm has its own workspace on React Box, from which it manages its team — partners, staff, assistants — and all client files. In practice, the most common scenario is that the firm invites the client business from their own workspace: you then receive an invitation email, create your business account in a few minutes, and the link to the firm is established automatically. If you sign up before your accountant, you can also invite them from your dashboard by simply entering their email address. The firm can then assign your file to one or several team members, with precise responsibility tracking.
Yes. Every action taken on your documents is automatically recorded in an audit trail accessible from your dashboard: document upload, view, download, mark as processed, edit or deletion. Each event shows the exact actor — yourself, your firm, or a named team member — along with the precise date and time. This traceability serves two concrete purposes: it lets you see at a glance what your accountant has already handled and what they still need to process, and it constitutes admissible evidence in the event of a tax audit. Logs are kept for the full Moroccan legal retention period — ten years — and can be exported.
