These terms of service govern access to and use of the React Box service. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.
Purpose
React Box is a platform for managing and securely sharing accounting documents between businesses and their accounting firms, available on the web and through iOS and Android mobile apps at feature parity. The service includes a document vault, messaging and document requests, sales invoicing and purchase-invoice tracking, third parties, bank accounts and the chart of accounts, treasury and currency conversion, AI-assisted scanning (OCR) and the Atlas assistant, an analytics module, programmatic access through API keys and an MCP server, a notification system and an activity log. Some of these features are add-on modules billed separately, under the conditions of article 3. The exact scope open to your organisation depends on its type — business or accounting firm — and on the modules subscribed to; it may change, and the application prevails.
Account creation
Access to the service requires creating an account and providing accurate information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.
Subscription and billing
Use of the service is subject to an annual subscription of 2,400 MAD per business (equivalent to 200 MAD per month), excluding taxes. Payment is due in advance, on the anniversary date of the subscription. Sales invoicing is included in the subscription, at no extra cost. Access for accounting firms is free, with no cap on client files or users: an accounting-firm organisation takes out no subscription and cannot be charged for any module. Some add-on modules, reserved for business organisations, may be billed in addition at the price shown in the app, quote or activation invoice: Extra storage (600 MAD excluding tax per year per additional 10 GB block) and the Analytics module (300 MAD excluding tax per year). Like the subscription, these modules are billed annually and may appear as separate lines on the invoice. Any add-on added or increased during a billing cycle is prorated for the remaining period until the next renewal. Any cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
Subprocessing and content ownership
You retain ownership of the documents you upload. React Box acts as a data processor over them under article 21 of Law 09-08: we process their content only on your instructions, for the purposes set out below, and disclose it to no third party other than the recipients you designate and the subprocessors listed in our privacy policy. Specifically: (a) files are stored encrypted at rest with our host, Cloudflare (European Union jurisdiction), which does not access them for its own purposes; (b) when you trigger a scan (OCR) or submit a document to the Atlas assistant, that file is sent to Mistral AI (France, European Union) to extract its data or answer your request, and that content is not used to train any model; no automatic analysis takes place on documents you have not submitted to those features; (c) when you create a public share link, the document becomes accessible, within the limits you set, to anyone holding the link; (d) our operational teams do not access the content of your documents, except where technically necessary and documented, or where legally required. You remain responsible for compliance with the legal rules applicable to the content you process through the service (accounting retention period, professional secrecy, lawfulness of collection, informing the individuals concerned) and for choosing the recipients you grant access to.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law and not to upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties. Any breach may lead to the suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.
Availability
We do our best to ensure the service is available. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance operations.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount effectively paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
