Terms of service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms of service govern access to and use of the React Box service. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.
Purpose
React Box is a service for securely sharing accounting documents between businesses and their accounting firms. The service includes a document vault, a companion mobile app, a notification system and a full audit trail.
Account creation
Access to the service requires creating an account and providing accurate information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.
Subscription and billing
Use of the service is subject to an annual subscription of 2,400 MAD per business (equivalent to 200 MAD per month), excluding taxes. Payment is due in advance, on the anniversary date of the subscription. Any cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
Subprocessing and content ownership
You retain ownership of the documents you upload. React Box acts as a data processor under article 21 of Law 09-08: the content of your documents is never consulted, analysed or shared outside the recipients you explicitly designate. You remain responsible for compliance with the legal rules applicable to the content you process through the service (accounting retention period, professional secrecy, etc.).
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law and not to upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties. Any breach may lead to the suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.
Availability
We do our best to ensure the service is available. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance operations.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount effectively paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
