Accounting
The chart of accounts and your records
Accounting brings together the nomenclature of your accounts and the records that feed it: the chart of accounts and its import, the statements your bank sends you, and the cash receipts you scan.

What the accounting section is for
A clear account nomenclature, aligned with your accountant's, and the records that feed it.
- Describe your accounts by number and label, in your own nomenclature.
- Link a bank account in the chart to a real treasury account.
- Bring over a full chart in minutes with the Excel / CSV import, and import your statements and receipts without re-keying.
An account = a number and a label
Each line of the chart of accounts is an account, identified by its number and described by a label. You can add a description, set a currency and, for bank accounts, point to one of your treasury accounts. The number is kept exactly as you type it, leading zeros included.
Note
