Hosting
The application runs on the network of Cloudflare, Inc., a US company: each request is handled by Cloudflare Workers in a data center close to the user, real-time channels (Durable Objects) and document files (R2) are restricted to the European Union jurisdiction, and transactional emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Sending. The database is hosted by Neon, Inc., a US company, on AWS infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Artificial intelligence processing — document digitization, sorting of received emails and the Atlas assistant — is entrusted to sference, a service of Neural Compute Ltd (United Kingdom), with compute in the European Economic Area and no data retention: submitted content is deleted as soon as the response is returned and is never used to train a model. Intellectual property
All content of the site and service (text, images, logos, graphics, interface, software) is protected by Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and by the other applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or representation, even partial, is prohibited without the publisher's prior written consent.
