Hosting
The application, realtime channels and document files are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States: application and realtime on Cloudflare Workers, files on Cloudflare R2 in the European Union jurisdiction, transactional email through Cloudflare Email Sending. The database is hosted by Neon Inc., a company incorporated in the United States, on AWS infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Artificial intelligence processing — document scanning and the Atlas assistant — is operated by Mistral AI SAS, a company incorporated in France, on infrastructure located in the European Union. The full list of subprocessors, with their country of establishment, hosting location and the nature of the data transmitted, is set out in our privacy policy.
