Drafts and review

Atlas writes — but it only writes drafts. Nothing it produces has an accounting effect until a human takes it up.

What Atlas can prepare

Always as a draft, always in the active organization.

A draft sales invoice, with no number: numbering is only assigned on issue.
A draft purchase invoice, optionally attached to a vault document.
A third party, customer or supplier, with its bank details — the ICE stays mandatory for a Moroccan company.
A cash receipt feeding the cash position.
A bank account for the organization.
A proposed allocation of lines against your chart of accounts.
A folder or a tag in the vault.

Taking over

Every creation appears in the thread as a card, with a link to the review screen.

The card in the conversation
Atlas announces what it just prepared and offers to open it. No step happens in the background.

The business screen
You review the draft where you normally would, with the same checks and the same safeguards.

The decision
Issue, record, send, pay: those remain yours, on the business screen, never in the chat.

Note

Existing rules still apply: a sales invoice can only be issued once every line is allocated, and an unrecorded purchase affects nothing.

Actions that need your approval

Some actions fall outside the reversible-draft rule: they leave the app, spend credit, or rewrite where a payment is aimed. Atlas stops and waits for a click.

Sending a document request
It triggers a notification and an email to a third party: it leaves the app, so it gets confirmed.
Re-running an invoice analysis
It spends Atlas credit. You see what will be analysed before approving.
Searching the web
The query goes to our AI provider's built-in search engine and spends Atlas credit. You are shown it, and why, before it is sent.
Correcting a third party's identity
An existing supplier's ICE, legal name or email is carried into every invoice you issue afterwards. You see the before and the after before it is written.
Adding a bank account to a third party
This is where payments will go. The RIB or IBAN is shown to you exactly as it would be stored, before it is.

Note

The confirmation card shows exactly what will run. Those are the values that go out — not a version the model may have reworded in between.

Knowing what came from Atlas

Every created record keeps the link to the call that produced it, with its arguments and its result.
The recorded author stays the conversation's user: Atlas acts with your rights, under your name.
The organization's activity log keeps the trace of confirmed actions.
The draft outlives the conversation: the thirty-day thread purge takes nothing that was created.
