Cash receipts
A cash receipt — the Moroccan Pièce de Recette — evidences money collected. Scan it: its number, date, amount and payer are recognized, and the original goes to the vault.

What a cash receipt is
It is the supporting document for money collected directly, most often in cash: a customer pays at the counter, a deposit is handed over in person. The paper document carries a number, a date, an amount, the payer's name and the reason for the collection. React Box turns it into a usable record without you having to retype anything.
Note
From paper to recorded receipt
Scan several receipts at once: each one is processed independently.
- 1
Scan or upload the receipt
Photograph the document from mobile, or drop a PDF or image on the web. Several files can be sent at once.
- 2
Let the analysis extract the data
Reading the document, extracting the data, then matching the payer: every stage is visible while it runs.
- 3
Check and confirm
Review the amount, the date and the payer, correct anything that needs it, then confirm the receipt.
Tip
What a receipt holds
Recognized automatically when the document allows it, always editable.
- Receipt number — the number printed on the document, allocated by whoever issued it.
- Date — the day of collection, required before the receipt can be confirmed.
- Amount — the sum collected and its currency, required before confirming.
- Payer — the name read on the receipt, which can be linked to a third party in your directory.
- Payment method — cash, bank transfer or other.
- Reason — what the collection covers, as stated on the document.
Payment methods
The method chosen qualifies the nature of the collection.
Cash
The most common case: a sum handed over in cash, which increases the cash you hold.
Bank transfer
A collection received by transfer but evidenced by a paper receipt.
Other
Any other means: cheque, bill of exchange, offsetting — to be spelled out in the reason or the notes.
Linking the payer
The analysis reads the name written next to "Received from" and looks for a match in your third-party directory. When it finds one, it offers it to you: one click links the receipt to the right record. The raw name read on the document is kept in every case, so you can still find the receipt even without an associated third party.
Tip
Draft, then confirmed
Like a bank statement, a receipt has only two states.
- Draft
The receipt has just been scanned or captured. Everything is editable and it can be deleted.
- Confirmed
The content is validated. The receipt counts towards your collections and stands as supporting evidence for the period.
