One simple, transparent price

The link relies on a simple invitation flow. In the most common scenario, your accounting firm invites you from their own workspace: you receive an invitation email, create your business account in a few minutes, and the connection to your firm is established automatically. If you sign up before your accountant, you can also invite them from your dashboard by simply entering their email address. Once the link is in place, your firm assigns your file to one or several team members, who are notified for every upload and whose actions are recorded in the audit trail visible on both sides.

No. Firm access is included in each client business's subscription: your firm uses React Box for free, with no limit on client files or team members. It has its own workspace to centralise every file, assign each client to one or more team members and follow activity in real time. This is a structural choice in our model: the business pays for its file, and everyone who works on it — you and your firm alike — accesses it at no additional cost.

Just like the subscription itself: annually, paid upfront. The difference is what happens when you enable a module mid-cycle. In that case you do not pay a full year: the amount is pro-rated over the number of days left until your subscription renews, and the module then follows that same cycle so everything falls due together. Concretely, if your subscription runs to 31 December and you enable a module in early October, you only pay for the final quarter. Mid-cycle activations are grouped and invoiced separately from your base subscription. If you remove a module, the removal takes effect at the next renewal: the period already paid stays yours and is not refunded.

Yes, in full, with nothing to add on and nothing to enable. Your subscription covers the issuance of sales invoices that comply with Moroccan regulations: mandatory mentions, fiscal identifiers for your business and your customers (ICE, IF, TP, RC) checked at issuance, per-line VAT, continuous legal numbering with a yearly reset if you want it, and a customised PDF in your brand, archived automatically in your vault as soon as it is issued. It builds on your third-party directory, and the invoicing permissions are grantable to your roles from day one. Nothing to buy, nothing to switch on.

The 10 GB included in the subscription comfortably covers the needs of the vast majority of Moroccan businesses: at around 200 KB per scanned invoice as a compressed PDF or image, that represents more than 50,000 supporting documents — a comfortable buffer for the entire ten-year legal retention period. If your business volume is particularly high — retail chains, heavy POS receipt flows, large uncompressed files — you can add the Extra storage module: another 10 GB for 600 MAD per year, as many blocks as needed, directly from your dashboard. The addition is immediate, with no service interruption or account re-verification.

You start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required: after that, access is suspended until the subscription is opened, and nothing is deleted. The subscription then covers a one-year period, paid upfront: that is the length of your commitment. There is nothing beyond it. You can trigger cancellation at any time from your dashboard, in a few clicks, with no need to contact support or justify your decision — it simply takes effect at the end of the current annual period, with no automatic renewal. Your documents remain accessible until that date, and you download them from the vault before it. Retention and deletion periods after cancellation are detailed in our privacy policy.

Payment is accepted exclusively by bank transfer in Moroccan dirhams, sent to our bank account held in Morocco. Foreign businesses are welcome: the transfer can be issued from any bank account in the world, provided that it lands on our Moroccan account in dirhams (any FX fees or international transfer fees are borne by the sender). At each annual billing date we issue an invoice in your business's name, denominated in dirhams and compliant with Moroccan tax law; the invoice includes our full bank details (RIB, IBAN, BIC). Once we receive the payment, access is activated or renewed for the corresponding annual period, and the paid invoice remains available at any time from your billing dashboard. No credit-card payments, foreign payment providers or direct debits are accepted at this stage.

React Box is multi-company: a single user account gives you access to all your companies, and you switch from one to another in one click, on the web and on mobile. Each company has its own file, strictly isolated — vault, invoicing, bank accounts, chart of accounts, third parties, members — and holds its own subscription at 2,400 MAD per year, with its own modules. Each company can be linked to its own accounting firm: the same one for all, or a different one per company. Firm access remains free in every case.
