Pricing questions
The link relies on a simple invitation flow. In the most common scenario, your accounting firm invites you from their own workspace: you receive an invitation email, create your business account in a few minutes, and the connection to your firm is established automatically. If you sign up before your accountant, you can also invite them from your dashboard by simply entering their email address. Once the link is in place, your firm assigns your file to one or several team members, who are notified for every upload and whose actions are recorded in the audit trail visible on both sides.
The 10 GB included in the subscription comfortably covers the needs of the vast majority of Moroccan businesses: at around 200 KB per scanned invoice as a compressed PDF or image, that represents more than 50,000 supporting documents — a comfortable buffer for the entire ten-year legal retention period. If your business volume is particularly high — retail chains, heavy POS receipt flows, large uncompressed files — you can add 10 GB of extra storage for 100 MAD per month, as many times as needed, directly from the billing dashboard. The addition is immediate, with no service interruption or account re-verification.
Yes. React Box has no long-term commitment beyond the current annual period, which is already paid. You can trigger cancellation at any time from your dashboard, in a few clicks, with no need to contact support or justify your decision. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period: your documents remain accessible until that date, and you then have a 30-day export window to retrieve all your files as a structured ZIP archive, together with the corresponding audit trail. Beyond that window, data is permanently deleted from our servers, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Payment is accepted exclusively by bank transfer in Moroccan dirhams, sent to our bank account held in Morocco. Foreign businesses are welcome: the transfer can be issued from any bank account in the world, provided that it lands on our Moroccan account in dirhams (any FX fees or international transfer fees are borne by the sender). At each annual billing date we issue an invoice in your business's name, denominated in dirhams and compliant with Moroccan tax law; the invoice includes our full bank details (RIB, IBAN, BIC). Once we receive the payment, access is activated or renewed for the corresponding annual period, and the paid invoice remains available at any time from your billing dashboard. No credit-card payments, foreign payment providers or direct debits are accepted at this stage.
