Invoices issued in React Box rest on structured data and adopt the UBL format, the one used by the major e-invoicing reforms. When Moroccan regulation finalises its requirements, the platform will be up to date — for everyone, at no extra cost.

Yes, that is the module's starting point. Every issued invoice carries the mandatory mentions expected in Morocco: the full legal identity of your business and your customer, fiscal identifiers (ICE, IF, TP, RC), line details with VAT rate and amount, totals excluding and including taxes, payment terms and due date. Numbering follows a continuous legal sequence, configurable and with yearly reset if you want it, and the number is assigned permanently at issuance. Customer details come from your third-party directory and are frozen on the invoice at issuance time: editing the customer's record later never rewrites a document that has already been issued.
Invoicing is included in the React Box subscription: there is nothing extra to buy and nothing to switch on. It is available as soon as your organisation is created, just like the vault or treasury. It used to be a paid module; we folded it into the subscription because a business that invoices should not have to weigh two price lines to issue a legal document. Invoices created in React Box are not just PDFs: every piece of data — fiscal identifiers, lines, VAT rates, totals — is structured, and the platform adopts the standardised UBL exchange format chosen by the major e-invoicing reforms around the world. The Moroccan reform announced by the DGI plans a progressive rollout starting in 2026; React Box is designed by an accountant who follows these developments closely, and the platform will be updated as the implementing texts land, for every client, with no extra module to buy.
