Customers, suppliers and directory

Third parties gather every person and company you work with — customers and suppliers alike — into a single directory. This section explains how to structure a third-party record, its contacts, addresses and bank details.

What third parties are for

A single directory, shared by every management feature in your organization.

  • One record can be both a customer and a supplier — no duplicate entry.
  • Moroccan tax identifiers (ICE, IF, TP, RC) are entered once and reused everywhere.
  • A third-party record feeds invoicing: its details are frozen onto every invoice you issue.

Customer, supplier, or both

Each third party carries two independent flags: customer and supplier. You turn them on to match the real relationship. A consulting firm you pay and that also buys services from you is marked as both, on a single record. The dashboard's “Customers” and “Suppliers” views are simply filters over this shared directory.

Note

Third parties belong to your organization. They are never shared with another of your firm's clients, nor visible to them.

Anatomy of a third-party record

A record centralizes the third party's identity and three collections you build up over time.

  • Identity and tax details

    Name, legal name, type, status and the Moroccan legal identifiers (ICE, IF, TP, RC, CNSS, CIN).

  • Contacts

    The third party's people, with a primary contact and a reminder recipient.

  • Addresses

    Several typed addresses (billing, shipping, headquarters), with a default one.

  • Bank details

    The third party's bank accounts (IBAN, RIB, SWIFT) to prepare payments and transfers.

Create your first third party

Three steps are enough for a usable record.

  1. 1

    Open Third parties and click “New”

    Enter the name, pick the type, and tick “Customer” and/or “Supplier”.

  2. 2

    Fill in the tax identity

    Add the ICE and any other legal identifiers you have — they stay reusable.

  3. 3

    Add contacts, addresses and bank details

    From the record, build up the three collections as needed. Everything stays editable at any time.
