Your account is you — not your company. It travels across every organization you belong to and stays under your control alone.

Account and organization
Two distinct perimeters, best not confused.
- The account carries your identity: name, picture, email address, password, sign-in methods.
- The organization carries the work: documents, invoices, third parties, members, subscription.
- One account can belong to several organizations — handy for a director running multiple companies as much as for someone working at a firm.
- An administrator can deactivate your access to an organization; they can neither change your account nor delete it.
Your profile
The name and picture you set are what others see: in conversations, in a document's activity trail, in the member list. They apply across all your organizations at once — you do not get a different identity per workspace.
Note
Your email address is your sign-in identifier. It is shown in your profile but cannot be changed from the app: get in touch if it has to change.
Interface language
React Box exists in French and English. Your choice follows you on the web and on mobile, independently of your organizations' default language, which only governs the messages sent on their behalf.
