What Atlas can do
Atlas has around sixty tools that query your actual data. Here is what they cover — and above all what they will never cover.

The areas it consults
Every area matches a screen you already know. Atlas reads the same data there, with your rights.
Sales invoices
Outstanding amounts, overdue balances, revenue, invoice detail, numbering-sequence checks and what blocks issuing.
Purchase invoices
Expenses by period and account, supplier invoice detail, allocations and the state of the AI analysis.
Third parties
Search by name, ICE or bank details, full record with contacts, addresses and outstanding balance.
Chart of accounts
Account search, allocation volumes and suggestions grounded in your past allocations.
Banks and cash
Accounts and balances, imported statements, line search by amount or label, cash receipts.
Vault
Folder tree, document search, metadata and a link to the document's screen.
Analytics
Revenue, expenses, cash position and collected / deductible VAT over a period. Analytics module required.
Exchange rates
Bank Al-Maghrib rates on a given date, conversion into your base currency, configured threshold alerts.
Questions that work
Atlas answers a business question better than a command. Talk to it like a colleague.
- "What is my customer outstanding, and who is the most overdue?"
- "My collected and deductible VAT for the quarter."
- "Do I already have a supplier with this ICE?"
- "Did you see a MAD 12,400 transfer in March on my statements?"
- "What is stopping invoice 0042 from being issued?"
- "Prepare a purchase invoice for this supplier, MAD 3,200 incl. tax, dated yesterday."
Why a tool is missing
Atlas is only offered the tools you are allowed to use — the rest does not exist for it.
- You do not hold the matching permission: Atlas cannot read what you cannot read.
- The module is not active on the organization. Advanced analysis requires the Analytics module.
- The tool is reserved for one organization type, such as the client overview reserved for accounting firms.
- The feature is not configured on your environment — web search, for instance.
Note
What Atlas will never do
These operations are absent from its tools. No phrasing, no insistence makes them reachable.
- Issue, send, mark paid or cancel an invoice.
- Record a purchase, post a journal entry, close a period.
- Reconcile a bank line with a payment.
- Delete a document, a folder, an invoice or anything else.
- Create a public share link to a document.
- Invite a member, change a role or permissions.
- Subscribe to a module, change a subscription or billing.
