Analytics
Analytics
Five dashboards that re-read what you have already entered — invoices, payments, statements, account allocations — and turn it into figures you can act on. Nothing extra to fill in.
Updated on August 14, 2026
What the module adds
Analytics creates nothing of its own: it looks at your activity from another angle.
- No re-entry — everything is computed from your invoices, payments, bank statements and cash receipts.
- An adjustable window on every page: the last 6, 12 or 24 months.
- Amounts expressed in your organization's currency, whatever the original currencies were.
- Figures recomputed on every visit: an invoice settled this morning is already counted.
Who can see it
Analytics is a paid module for companies: once it is active on your organization, the pages appear in the sidebar under “Analytics”. Accounting firms get it at no extra cost, both for their own structure and for each of their client files.

How to read a page
All five pages follow the same visual grammar.
The indicators
The top row sums up the period: key amounts, outstanding balances, overdue items. Some carry a trend compared with the same period last year.
The charts
A month-by-month activity chart, paired with a cumulative curve or a projection depending on the page, so you can tell pace apart from total volume.
The breakdowns
Rankings — top customers, main suppliers, busiest accounts — each showing its share of the total.
The five pages
Each one focuses on a facet of your activity. The Exchange rates page, also filed under “Analytics” in the app, is documented in the Currency exchange section.
Sales
Revenue, customer receivables, late payments and top customers.
Read the pagePurchases
Committed spend, invoices left to pay, overdue items and main suppliers.
Read the pageCash
Current position, expected inflows and outflows, projected trajectory.
Read the pageBank accounts
Consolidated balances, monthly flows and per-account trends.
Read the pageChart of accounts
Spend allocated by ledger account, month by month.
