The web and mobile apps (iOS and Android) are included at no extra charge. Two modules stay optional if you need them: Analytics, which opens the activity dashboards and FX alerts, and extra storage in 10 GB blocks. Your accounting firm's access is completely free: it pays nothing to review and process your documents. If you run several companies, each company has its own 200 MAD per month subscription, while remaining manageable from the same account.

Your firm joins your file by invitation: once the link between your company and its firm (agency) is established, it can access your vault, your invoices and your exchanges, according to the roles and permissions you define. It can then preview, download and process your documents, send you document requests, and talk to you through messaging. If your firm does not use React Box yet, it can create its agency workspace for free to support you and your companies.

React Box respects Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, the GDPR, and the requirements of the DGI, and it supports the legal ten-year retention of your accounting documents.
