The quota
Every client organization gets 10 GB included in its subscription. The gauge on the Storage page shows the space used, the total space and the number of files kept. A warning appears as you approach the limit, before uploads get blocked.

Two readings to understand where the space goes.
- Breakdown by origin — what you uploaded yourself against what your accounting firm placed in your vault.
- The five largest files — often the quickest way to reclaim space, since a single high-resolution scan can weigh as much as hundreds of PDFs.
A silent optimisation
React Box automatically reduces the weight of uploaded files — images and PDFs — with no visible degradation on screen or in print. It happens in the background, after the upload: you have nothing to trigger, and the document reads exactly as you sent it.

Growing the vault
Extra storage is bought in blocks.
- Each block adds 10 GB to the organization's quota.
- Blocks stack: nothing prevents holding several at once.
- A block can be removed; the adjustment takes effect on the following cycle.
- Billing is annual, prorated for the remaining period when activated mid-cycle.
Before buying space
A document moved to the trash stops counting against the quota immediately, without waiting for permanent deletion. The real savings lie elsewhere: duplicates — the same invoice uploaded twice by two people — and records photographed at high resolution when the issuer's PDF would have weighed ten times less.
