The firm workspace

Audit

Two dashboards reserved for firm administrators: what the team produces, and how the files are living.

Updated on August 14, 2026

One period, two views

Both pages share a period selector — seven days, thirty days, this month, last month, ninety days, or custom bounds. Indicators are compared against the previous period of the same length, which makes a trend readable without mental arithmetic.

Note

Audit is reserved for firm administrators: staff members do not have access to it.

Team

The firm's output, aggregated then broken down per person.

  • Documents processed — records validated over the period.
  • Documents rejected — those sent back to the client, often a sign that upload quality needs work.
  • Action required — records waiting on something from your side.
  • Files uploaded — what the firm itself placed in the files.
  • Average processing time — the delay between a record being queued and its validation. The most telling indicator of how smoothly production runs.
  • Top performer — whoever processed the most documents over the period.

Tip

The per-person table repeats those same columns with the number of clients followed: that is where an imbalance in workload shows up.

Clients

The portfolio seen through activity rather than through the org chart.

  • How many clients are connected to the firm, and how many were active over the period.
  • Documents added per file over the period, against the historical total.
  • Records pending per file — the work queue ahead.
  • Storage taken up by each file.
  • Date of the last upload — the column that gives away a file going to sleep.

Putting it to work

Average processing time and the “action required” queue read together: a delay stretching while the queue grows points to a capacity shortage, whereas a delay stretching at a steady queue points to a prioritisation problem. On the client side, combining “last upload long ago” with “documents added falling” identifies the files to chase before they turn into a year-end catch-up.
