These two products do not target the same problem. YanCommerce runs your sales cycle, from quote to inventory; React Box runs your accounting file and the link to your firm. Many businesses need both.
React Box is our own product. The information about YanCommerce comes from their public pages, read on 3 August 2026. The prices we read do not state whether they include tax: we reproduce them as displayed, without deciding.
Complementary rather than competing
It would be easy to sell you an opposition between these two tools. It does not really exist, and pretending otherwise would push you into a bad decision.
Them: the sales cycle
Quotes, delivery notes, multi-warehouse inventory, point of sale, project sites, online store. If your day is shaped by what comes in and out of your warehouse, that is their ground.
Us: the accounting file
Document vault, OCR for purchases and sales, treasury at Bank Al-Maghrib rates, and above all free access to all of it for your accounting firm.

Can you use both?
Yes, and it is the most common setup for a business that sells physical goods and hands its books to a firm. YanCommerce holds the commercial upstream: inventory, till, delivery notes, project sites. React Box holds the accounting downstream: filed documents, OCR, treasury, and the firm's access. One rule matters, and it matters a lot: your sales invoices must be issued from one of the two tools only. Legal numbering has to stay continuous per financial year, and two parallel sequences create an irregularity that is painful to undo. Decide which one issues, and stick to it.
A day at a building-materials wholesaler
The split between the two tools becomes obvious as soon as you walk it through a real business.
Morning, at the warehouse
A truck delivers three pallets. Stock intake, quantity checks and the low-threshold alert belong to commercial management: that is YanCommerce's ground, and React Box has nothing to offer there.
Midday, at the counter
A customer takes goods away and pays cash. Receipt, payment, stock movement: once again the commercial tool holds the chain, from delivery note to settlement.
Evening, at the office
What remains is the supplier invoice, the fuel receipt, the month's bank statement. Those documents go to the accountant, and that is exactly what React Box files, runs OCR on, matches and makes available to the firm.
Month end, at the firm
The firm opens the file, finds the documents filed with their processing status, and no longer has to chase three missing receipts over WhatsApp. It is the only point in the chain where the two tools genuinely meet — and it causes no trouble as long as only one of them issues the sales invoices.
When to choose one, when to choose the other
If you can only take one, start from what shapes your days.

Frequently asked questions
Only partly, and that has to be said plainly. On invoicing, quotes, supplier invoice scanning and mobile apps, the two products overlap and one will be enough. On inventory, point of sale, the online store and project tracking, React Box offers nothing and does not plan to. Conversely, YanCommerce is not positioned on collaboration with an external accounting firm, which is the core of our product. Depending on your business, one replaces the other, or the two complement each other.
Yes, and it is common. The natural split is simple: commercial management on one side, the accounting file and the link to the firm on the other. The one precaution that genuinely matters concerns sales invoices: they must be issued from a single tool, because legal numbering has to stay continuous per financial year. Two tools numbering in parallel produce two sequences, which is an irregularity that is hard to correct after the fact. Decide which one is your issuing tool, and make the other a tracking tool.
YanCommerce's Basique plan, at 1,250 DH per year, is cheaper than our 2,400 MAD excluding tax subscription. But the scopes differ too much for a direct comparison to mean much: their Basique plan includes neither supplier invoice scanning, nor point of sale, nor project tracking, which arrive at the Essentiel tier at 2,950 DH. On our side there is a single tier and everything is included, apart from extra storage and the Analytics module. Note also that the YanCommerce prices we read do not state whether they exclude tax, whereas ours explicitly do — worth confirming with them before comparing to the dirham.
We found no public information on this as of 3 August 2026, and their product is not positioned on that axis: their messaging is about commercial management, not collaboration with an external firm. It is a question to put to them directly rather than to infer. With React Box, the answer is published and unconditional: firm access is free for life, with no cap on client files or staff.
That depends entirely on your teams, and we will not pretend otherwise to flatter ourselves.
