Comparison
React Box vs Nizaya: which platform for your business and your accounting firm?
Nizaya goes all the way to bookkeeping, payroll and DGI filings. React Box stops at the clean document handed to the firm — and makes that access free, for life, with no cap on client files.
React Box is our own product. The information about Nizaya comes from their public pages, read on 3 August 2026. Amounts on both sides exclude tax and are therefore directly comparable; what differs, and what we spell out, is the billing basis.
Two products that cross without overlapping
Nizaya and React Box share the vault, OCR and invoicing. Past that, they diverge sharply: one reaches up into the accountant's own craft, the other into the relationship with them.
Nizaya does the bookkeeping, we do not
Journal entries, statutory financial statements, tax filings, payroll: Nizaya covers all of it, React Box covers none of it and does not plan to. That is a choice, not a gap.
Our accounting-firm access is free and public
React Box has never charged an accounting firm, whatever the number of client files or staff. Nizaya publishes no firm pricing: you get it after a demo.
One price, published, all in
2,400 MAD excluding tax per year per company, unlimited users, sales invoicing included. At Nizaya the price depends on a team-size tier, from 1,980 to 9,948 MAD excluding tax per year.

What you pay, on both sides
Both vendors publish excluding tax. The amounts compare directly — what they buy does not.
React Box charges 2,400 MAD excluding tax per year per company, paid upfront for twelve months. Headcount does not enter the price: whether two or forty people work in the file, the amount does not move. Sales invoicing, the 10 GB vault, treasury, third parties and the chart of accounts are all included. Extra storage and the Analytics module remain optional.
Nizaya ties its price to a structure-size selector. Two tiers are published on their pricing page: 1,980 MAD excluding tax per year for a single-user Starter plan, and up to 9,948 MAD excluding tax per year for a Premium plan covering two to five users. The functional scope changes with the tier: OCR, e-filings and the API arrive at Premium level, payroll and inventory at Business level.
So the useful question is not "which is cheaper" but "from how many users, and for what scope". A three-person company that wants OCR pays 2,400 MAD with us; at Nizaya, OCR is a high-tier feature. Conversely, a company that wants to file its own statutory accounts will not be satisfied by us at any price: we do not produce them.
The sharpest difference in this comparison
This is where the two products look nothing alike, and probably where the decision gets made for you.
Free for life, and stated plainly
An accounting firm opens a React Box account without paying, links as many client files as it likes and invites as many staff as it needs. There is no tier, no per-file billing, no renegotiation as the portfolio grows.
A published price rather than a quote
Nizaya publishes no pricing for accounting firms: their firm page leads to a booking form. That is not a criticism — many vendors work this way — but it changes how far you can compare before committing.
The client keeps a real workspace
With us, the client company does not just get a drop box: it gets its invoicing, its treasury, its third parties and its chart of accounts. The firm reviews, requests and approves; it does not work in its client's place.
A native app, not a shrunken website
React Box publishes iOS and Android apps on par with the web: document scanning with edge detection, vault, messaging, invoicing, treasury, third-party management. As of 3 August 2026, Nizaya's site does not mention a mobile app — which does not mean none exists, only that we found nothing public to compare. If capturing documents in the field matters to you, ask the question during a demo.

When to choose one, when to choose the other
There is no universally right answer. There is a right answer for your situation.
Choose Nizaya if…
- You want to produce your journal entries, statutory accounts and DGI filings in the same tool as your day-to-day management.
- You need CNSS and AMO payroll in house.
- You carry inventory and want to track it alongside your invoicing.
- An Arabic interface is a requirement for your teams.
- You have no external accounting firm, or your firm already works in Nizaya.
Choose React Box if…
- You work with an external accounting firm and want document exchange to stop being a problem.
- You run several companies from a single user account.
- You want a public, low, predictable price without booking a demo to learn it.
- Your teams capture documents in the field and mobile is not optional.
- You want your firm to reach your files at no cost, to you or to them.
Four questions to ask both vendors
Neutral, verifiable, and asked on both sides — the best way to decide without taking our word for it.
- What does access cost for my accounting firm, and does that price change with the number of files or staff?
- What happens if I exceed my tier's user count mid-year?
- Can I export all of my documents and data if I leave, and in what format?
- Is there a native mobile app, and which functions are genuinely available in it?
Moving from one to the other
Switching management tools comes down to three things, and none of them is a technical obstacle here. Your existing documents come back into the vault through an import, keeping their filing. Your accounting firm is invited in one go and immediately finds its client files, with no paid account to open. And your documents stay downloadable from the vault at any time — a question worth asking any vendor before committing, including us.
Frequently asked questions
On the document vault, OCR, sales invoicing and collaboration with the accounting firm, yes: both products answer the same need and you will not need both. On bookkeeping, payroll, inventory and DGI e-filings, no: Nizaya covers those and React Box does not. So the choice rests less on the relative quality of the products than on the scope you genuinely need — and on whether or not you work with an external firm.
Because the vast majority of Moroccan small and mid-sized businesses do not produce their own accounts: they hand them to a firm. In that case an in-house bookkeeping module does not serve the business, it serves the accountant — and the accountant already has their own production software, which they will not swap for one client. React Box is built for exactly that scenario: hand the firm documents that are clean, filed, complete and up to date, and give it free access to collect them. It is a narrower answer, but one entirely devoted to the real problem.
React Box costs 2,400 MAD excluding tax per year per company, whatever the number of users, sales invoicing included. Nizaya publishes prices ranging from 1,980 MAD excluding tax per year for a single-user Starter plan to 9,948 MAD excluding tax per year for a Premium plan covering two to five users. Since both are quoted excluding tax, they compare directly — but the basis differs: we bill per company with users included, Nizaya bills per team-size tier. Beyond one or two users the comparison mechanically turns in our favour; below that, Nizaya Starter is cheaper than we are.
With React Box, no, never, and it depends on no condition: an accounting firm creates its account free of charge, links as many client files as it likes and invites as many staff as it needs, at no extra cost to it or to you. With Nizaya, the price of firm access is not published as of 3 August 2026; their dedicated page points to a sales booking form. It is worth asking explicitly in a demo, because it changes the total cost of the solution for you and for your accountant alike.
Yes, and that is precisely the scenario React Box is designed for. We produce no journal, no trial balance and no statutory accounts: your firm keeps working in its own production software, the one it knows and uses across its whole portfolio. React Box sits upstream, where the time is actually lost — collecting documents, filing them, making sure they are complete, and handling the back-and-forth they cause. Your accountant receives a file that is ready to post rather than one to reconstruct.
