React Box vs Experio: two ways to automate pre-accounting

Both products address Moroccan accounting firms, but at different points in the chain. Experio automates processing and tax e-filings; React Box equips your clients and opens their files to you free of charge.

React Box is our own product. The information about Experio comes from their public pages, read on 3 August 2026. Experio does not publish its pricing: we do not estimate it and point to their booking form instead.

One processes documents, the other equips the portfolio

The overlap between the two products is real but partial, and the point where they part ways is clear.

  • Experio reaches up towards the filing

OCR, document management, accounting statements and above all automated e-filings on SIMPL — every firm's bottleneck during tax season.

  • React Box reaches down towards the client

We give each client business a genuine workspace — invoicing, treasury, third parties — and open its files to you at no charge.

  • Professional standing we do not have

Experio presents itself as an official partner of the Order of Chartered Accountants. That is real institutional backing, which we do not claim and will not play down.

What equipping a portfolio actually costs

This is the question a partner asks before switching their client files over, and it is rarely asked out loud.

A tool you cannot roll out free of charge across your whole portfolio will never be rolled out across your whole portfolio. It will end up on the ten files that justify it, and the other fifty will keep arriving by email and WhatsApp — meaning the problem you set out to solve stays exactly where it was.

That is why React Box's firm access is free, with no cap on client files or staff, and why it is not a launch offer: it is a rule written into our terms and conditions. You can open an account, link your clients and judge on your own files without going through a sales conversation.

Experio does not publish its pricing, for the firm or for the client business. That is not a criticism: many vendors in this sector work that way, and a negotiated price may well work out better for you. But it does mean you cannot compare before engaging commercially, and that is a difference in method worth factoring in.

What your client sees, and why it decides everything

A collection tool almost never fails for technical reasons. It fails because the client does not use it.

  • A drop box stays a chore

If the tool you impose only serves to send you documents, your client gains nothing from it. They will fill it for a few weeks, then go back to email — and you will end up chasing on two channels instead of one.

  • A workspace, on the other hand, earns its keep daily

With React Box, the client business gets its own sales invoicing, its treasury at Bank Al-Maghrib rates, its third parties and its chart of accounts. It opens the tool for its own work, and dropping documents becomes something done in passing rather than a chore.

  • And it fits in a pocket

The mobile scanner detects the document's edges and sends it straight into the vault. A manager who photographs a fuel receipt on the way out of the station will not be chasing it three months later.

When to choose one, when to choose the other

Both answers are defensible, and they turn on where your firm actually loses time.

Choose Experio if…

  • Your SIMPL e-filings are your firm's real bottleneck.
  • You want a partner backed by the Order of Chartered Accountants.
  • You are looking for a pre-accounting block to plug into your existing production software.
  • You produce your accounting statements and statutory package in the same tool as collection.
  • Your clients are not asking for a workspace of their own.

Choose React Box if…

  • You want to equip your clients with a genuine management tool, not just a drop box.
  • You refuse to pay to reach your own clients' files.
  • You want to test on your files without going through a sales demonstration.
  • Your clients are asking for mobile so they can submit documents from the field.
  • You want to roll out across your entire portfolio from day one.

The two are not mutually exclusive

React Box produces no journal entries, no accounting statements and no e-filings, and does not plan to — we complement your firm's production software, we do not replace it. So nothing stops a firm from using React Box for collection and the client relationship, and an e-filing tool for the tax side. If your subject is SIMPL, our absence on that ground is a fact, not an argument to be turned around.

Frequently asked questions

On document collection, OCR and document management, yes: both products cover that scope and one will be enough. On SIMPL e-filings and producing accounting statements, no: Experio covers them, React Box does not and does not plan to. The real difference lies elsewhere, in who the product targets: Experio automates the firm's work, React Box equips the firm's clients. Depending on whether your problem is processing or collection, one or the other stands out.

Nothing, and that is not a marketing turn of phrase. An accounting firm creates its account free of charge, links as many client files as it likes and invites as many staff as it needs. Our terms and conditions state that an accounting-firm organisation takes out no subscription and cannot be charged for any module. It is the client businesses that pay their own subscription, at 2,400 MAD excluding tax per year per company. Experio does not publish its pricing as of 3 August 2026, on either the firm or the business side.

No, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a feature running late. React Box produces no journal entries, no financial statements, no statutory package and no e-filings. Our position is that a firm's bookkeeping software is a structural choice it will not change for one client, and that trying to replace it would put us in competition with the very firms we set out to serve. We deliver files that are clean and ready to post; production stays with you, in the tool you know.

It is real institutional backing, and we are not going to play it down: in a regulated profession, an endorsement from the Order carries weight in a purchasing decision, and rightly so. React Box claims no partnership of that kind. What we put up against it is of a different order: public pricing, self-service sign-up with no prior demonstration, and the ability to judge on your own client files before committing. Which of those two registers matters more is your firm's call.

Somewhat, and that is the real question in any portfolio rollout. React Box asks the client business to drop its documents into its own vault rather than emailing them to you — from the web or from the mobile app, with a built-in scanner that detects the document's edges. In exchange, it gains its own invoicing, treasury and tracking, which makes the change of habit far easier to sell than a plain file drop. That is precisely why we built a full workspace and not just a drop box.
