# Bank details

A third party's bank details gather its accounts — IBAN, RIB, SWIFT — to prepare payments and transfers. Not to be confused with your own treasury accounts.

## The third party's accounts

On the record you store the bank details the third party has given you. For a supplier, these are the accounts you pay your purchases into; for a customer, the accounts they use. A single third party can have several accounts.

## An account's information

Each set of bank details gathers what a transfer needs.

* Label — a short name to identify the account (e.g. “Main account”).
* Holder — the name of the account holder.
* Bank — the name of the banking institution.
* IBAN — the account's international identifier.
* SWIFT / BIC — the bank's code for international transfers.
* RIB — the bank identity statement in Moroccan format.

## Default account

When a third party has several accounts, you can set one as the default. It is the one offered first when preparing a payment.

## Not to be confused with treasury

Note

These details belong to the third party, not to you. Your own bank accounts — your organization's — are managed in the Treasury section.
